Other notes:	A 1519 edition of this book is on Hooke's list of desiderata on fol. 149r of British Library, MS Sloane 1039. This list can now be linked to the auction of Edward Wray's library, and the book matches lot 102 on p. 7 of William Cooper's Catalogus librorum bibliothecae instructissimae Eduardi Wray de Barling . . . quorum auctio habenda est . . . Junii 20. 1687, available online via EEBO. On the same list of desiderata is a 1553 Mainz edition, which is lot 46 on p. 6 of the same catalogue. Another 1519 edition appears on the list at the top half of fol. 143v of British Library, MS Sloane 1039. This particular list can now be identified to be referring to the auction of William Cecil's library, and the edition matches lot 134 on p. 17 of Bibliotheca illustris, sive, Catalogus variorum librorum . . . quorum auctio habebitur . . . Novemb. 21. 1687, available online via EEBO. A Venetian edition of this book is listed on fol. 145r of British Library, MS Sloane 1039. This latter list can now be linked to the auction of Robert Scott's library, and the book matches lot 206 on p. 70 of Benjamin Walford's Catalogus librorum Roberti Scott . . . quorum auctio habenda est . . . decimo tertio die Februarii, 1687/8, available online via EEBO. Note that in Walford's catalogue the date of this Venetian edition is given as 1448; considering the birth date of Angelo Ambrogini or Poliziano (1454-1494; Latinized name is Angelus Politanus), this was obviously an error.
